I can rent at such an exaggeratedly cheap price because I have always signed long-term contracts. I am a very good tenant. I don’t owe rent at all and don’t bother the landlord. The number of times I have seen the landlord in the past 11 years is really amazing. You can count them on your fingers!

I open a hair salon with seven mirrors and two massage flushing stations. The first floor is 4 meters 2 and the attic is about two meters high.
