This plan covers: New Taipei City-Yilan commuter highway bus, Taiwan Railway (New Taipei City Fengming Temporary Station to Hualien Heping Station) and Yilan County city buses.
This means you only need to pay NT$299 to travel around Yilan for 3 days by public transportation.
