Le go\u00fbt croustillant et sucr\u00e9 est toujours bien pire !<br \/><br \/>\u00c0 ce stade, je ne peux que me r\u00e9conforter en pensant que le chef a des d\u00e9cennies d\u2019exp\u00e9rience, il n\u2019y a donc aucun moyen de se comparer \u00e0 lui !<br \/><br \/>Mais avez-vous oubli\u00e9 que vos propres m\u00e8res ont des d\u00e9cennies d\u2019exp\u00e9rience, et que certaines d\u2019entre elles cuisinent m\u00eame plus longtemps que les chefs ? Mais pourquoi, quelle que soit la fa\u00e7on dont nous cuisinons \u00e0 la maison, les aliments sont-ils toujours mous et p\u00e2teux lorsqu\u2019ils sont servis dans l\u2019assiette ?<br \/><br \/>La raison principale est que les m\u00e9nag\u00e8res aiment ajouter de l\u2019eau lors de la cuisson, puis remuer et faire frire vigoureusement, comme si cela rendrait la nourriture d\u00e9licieuse.<br \/><br \/>Ensuite, apr\u00e8s avoir \u00e9t\u00e9 frit pendant des d\u00e9cennies, il a toujours une texture tr\u00e8s aqueuse, molle et d\u00e9sagr\u00e9able au go\u00fbt. Il suffit de les faire tremper dans l\u2019eau avant de les faire sauter.<br \/><br \/>Apr\u00e8s avoir achet\u00e9 les l\u00e9gumes, lavez-les soigneusement, coupez-les en tailles appropri\u00e9es, faites-les tremper dans l&#039;eau pendant dix minutes, puis \u00e9gouttez-les et r\u00e9servez.<br \/><br \/>N&#039;ajoutez pas d&#039;huile dans le wok en premier. Allumez un feu vif et chauffez jusqu&#039;\u00e0 une temp\u00e9rature suffisante avant d&#039;ajouter l&#039;huile. Ajoutez ensuite les assaisonnements pour faire sauter, comme l\u2019ail et la viande hach\u00e9e. Ajoutez ensuite les l\u00e9gumes \u00e9goutt\u00e9s, remuez bri\u00e8vement et laissez reposer.<br \/><br \/>Couvrez la casserole et laissez mijoter une ou deux minutes, ouvrez le couvercle et remuez l\u00e9g\u00e8rement, couvrez la casserole et attendez deux ou trois minutes, ouvrez le couvercle, ajoutez du sel et remuez uniform\u00e9ment avant de servir.
