SSD flash drive

The SSD cache memory I introduced a while ago was just mentioned when a customer came to see me. Due to work needs, it is often used to transfer various video clips. How fast would it be if used as a flash drive? SSD flash drive

So we did a real test right away, and made some large files and fragmented files to test how fast the transmission can run.

Type-C line:

Large file: [1G] capacity file is transferred in seconds, [3G] about 1 and a half seconds, [multiple files 10G] 3 seconds
Cutting into pieces: the installed [3G game file] takes less than a minute

The USB cable is actually similar, except that it is a little slower. If it is not an ultra-large gear, it can basically be used without any sensor.

Basically, SSDs at this stage are most commonly used as hard disks in notebook computers. As a result, when we use them as flash drives, it is simply too luxurious.

Compared with traditional large-capacity HDD flash drives, besides the exaggerated transfer speed, what are the other differences between SSDs?

1. Because it does not use a magnetic head track, it can be easily hot-swapped after transmission, and it is not prone to bad tracks.
2. For traditional HDD flash drives, you must wait for the slow transfer to complete and the rotating heads to stop before removing the external hard drive.
3. Because there is no rotating shaft, it can be carried around and is not prone to failure.

SSD has only one fatal flaw. Because it is not a track memory, if it is not inserted for more than a year, the capacitor inside will not be charged enough, causing the memory data to disappear. But basically you are using it as a flash drive. It is best to be able to I haven’t used it for a year!

The key point is that you can also use it as a photo memory on your phone. For example, if you use your phone to take a lot of videos or photos, just plug in the SSD flash memory, which is very light and weighs about 50g plus an external box. The charging hole of the mobile phone can be used to add a hard disk, and then the instant shooting files can be transferred and stored in an SSD flash drive. The actual shooting time depends on the capacity you buy.

For example, one hour of [1080P] digital shooting will use [23GB] of space; and one hour of [4K] video will use [45GB].

1T = 1,000GB

So for continuous shooting, 1T is definitely enough for you to shoot continuously for many, many days without turning off the shooting.

He also said that how to charge a flash drive with a USB flash drive plugged into the charging port? Don’t make a fuss!
Don’t you know that there is a one-to-two tap?
