I just bought a B&B and moved there, and I have been urged to make an appointment. I was too busy a while ago, with so many chores and things to do, that I kept putting it off. There are currently five suites in this building, four of which are available for conditional reservations according to different sizes. Anyone who comes to Yilan to see me these days should know the rules of the game. In fact, I already knew this in August. I ordered it and it has never been modified.
Since I don’t want to be a B&B at all, but I have a lot of space to rent out, the rules of the game are as follows:
1. Each room can be redeemed with points
You can accumulate points when you come to me for a haircut. I will use Line@ to help you accumulate points, and record them through a third party. You and I will never forget it. One person will earn one point for a haircut, and two points will be counted if the purchase exceeds 10,000 yuan.
You can accumulate and use it slowly. If you don't have enough points and want to upgrade, you can use the price difference to make up for it. Currently, one point is a child.
2. The redemption points for each room are as follows:
(1) Double room on the second floor [2 o'clock]
Just for sleeping, it has a double bed, a dressing table, and a small single sofa.
(2) Double room on the third floor [3 o'clock]
The space is larger, with a double bed, a double sofa bed, and a large table for double people.
(3) Parent-child room on the third floor [5 o'clock]
Super large space, two large double beds, an extra large sofa bed for three people, a large table for three people, a special infant bed, two feeding tables for infants of different ages, a dressing table, wardrobe, and exclusive small balcony.
(4) Large balcony on the top floor [5 o'clock]
The entire top floor belongs to you, with two large double beds, a double sofa bed, a double table, a large wardrobe, and a European-style bathtub.
The large balcony has a large leather sofa, two wooden lounge chairs, yoga mats and some fitness equipment.
Each of the above rooms has separate bathroom facilities for wet and dry areas, and is equipped with a 50-inch TV equipped with Google TV, which can also be used to project mobile phone screens. If you want to play games, you can also borrow a console from me, including Switch, PS, I own all three major XBOX consoles!

There is also a small refrigerator and some simple brewing equipment at each stairwell.

3. Pure space rental
Since I'm not renting it out as a B&B, I'm just renting space, so there's no weird clause that requires extra money for adding more people, and there's no question of fake price increases. In short, I'm just selling you space, and it happens to have a bed or something like that. It's just a decoration, so I don't object to you cramming a few people into the same room. Even if ten people cram into a room, the same points will be redeemed.
4. Additional billing
If in addition to the free redemption of points, if there is an additional payment, I can prepare breakfast. If I want to prepare additional different meals, it will be charged separately.
A variety of drinks are sold on the first floor, including Jufan coffee, various teas, various wines, yogurt...
If you happen to have home-brewed low-concentration beer, you can drink it all for free!
5. Additional services
(1)Free pick-up and drop-off
If you want me to pick you up, it is only at Luodong Railway Station and the transfer station, and you need to inform me in advance. Free pick-up is only available for four people. After all, my SUV can only seat four people without driving.
(2) Long-distance pick-up and drop-off
If you want to come directly from the airport or Taipei, they can provide a super high-quality double B private car service. I have taken a ride with them and they treat you like a boss or a princess. They take care of every detail.
(3)Car rental service
If you don’t want to be tired from driving long distances, you can also take a taxi and rent a car on the spot. Each car is a double-B grade or above, allowing you to go smoothly wherever you go.
(4) Charter service
We can arrange young handsome guys and beautiful girls as driver and tour guide to let you go out for fun. You can sleep in the car and pee in the car as easily as you can.

6. Safety
The whole building is equipped with fingerprint password locks, and the locks can also be unlocked remotely, so you don’t have to worry about accidentally losing your keys when you go out. We will help you set the relevant room password on the day of your reservation. There is no so-called time limit, you can do it yourself at any time. Walking out, even if I'm not there, I don't have to worry about not being able to get through the door when I want to check in.
7. Find peace amidst the noise
The building is located next to Luodong Sports Park. It takes about five minutes to get to the city, 9 minutes to the train station, 9 minutes to Meihua Lake, and 20 minutes to the beach. It is a very leisurely and not too inconvenient place. .
It is located in a B&B settlement area where few cars pass by. There are many wide open spaces outside, where children can run around without being too afraid of the dangers of traffic.
I myself often relax on the rooftop balcony and the entrance to the first floor, or go to the nearby Luodong Sports Park to have a picnic on the grass with a tent and director's chair.
8. Transportation
In addition to driving or taking the train, you can also take public transportation. Taipei has four major transfer stations: Beijing Station, Taipei City Hall, Nangang, and Banqiao. You can take direct buses to Luodong Transfer Station and Taoyuan Airport. There is also a direct bus available.

9. Pure reservation system
I would like to emphasize again that we are not a B&B, we are just renting space. At present, we are only for getting to know and introducing guests. You can also think of it as a private guest house and just get rid of strange people. After all, no one wants to deal with verbose guests, so if you want Please make a reservation before coming over for consumption.
If someone you don’t know wants to make an appointment, please let me know who introduced me. This kind of nepotism can avoid many problems.
After all, if a strange problem does occur, you can go directly to the introducer to handle it. If it is really too weird, the introducer may be directly blacklisted by me. This can ensure that everyone who comes is safe and they are all good friends.
